Overview
At GifTeez.pk, we want every gift to bring joy. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help. Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return requests must be initiated via WhatsApp. Please message us at WhatsApp to get the return address and further instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Since we offer custom, made-to-order, and delicate gift products, some items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.
- Personalized or custom gift items
- Handcrafted or made-to-order products
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process any return or refund request.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an update via WhatsApp or email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your payment provider for updates
- If still unresolved, contact us at support@gifteez.pk or via WhatsApp
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are non-refundable unless received damaged.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to exchange it for the same item. To initiate an exchange, message us on WhatsApp and send the product to the address we provide.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift, you may receive a store credit or replacement, depending on the item’s eligibility. For assistance, contact our support team.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For your security, use a trackable shipping method. GifTeez.pk is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
